COMMUNICATION

Life is based so much on our ability to communicate with one another. 

The quality of our relationships is generally determined by one thing....

Communication. 

It is imperative that we learn how to express ourselves. 

Negative emotions if you hold onto them, build up inside of you until eventually....

They surface. 

And when they do, it almost always is in an unhealthy manner and something drastic inevitably happens.

When people lash out, it is NEVER a random act. 

But rather, a build up of negative emotions finally reaching their boiling point and surfacing. 

Learn to first, be honest with yourself and how you feel.

Find the ROOT of the problem. 

Learning how to pinpoint not just how you’re feeling, but WHY is a key step towards self evolution.

Then, learn how to communicate and relay those feelings in an open and mature manner.

When we begin to repair our own internal wounds, true progress can be made.

It is then, that we can begin to build healthy relationships, both in our personal life & in the work environment. 

It is important to remember that most people do not listen to understand, they listen to reply. 

However, if we can clearly convey how we are feeling without verbally attacking someone, we can bridge the gap from arguments to understanding.

It is only human nature to respond defensively when someone is addressing you with a certain tone and you feel backed into a corner. 

Most times when people scream and shout, it is because they have kept emotions bottled up for so long.

They then lose the ability to rationally and logically now express themselves. 

Days can turn into weeks. Weeks to months, and months into a lifetime of unhappiness and endless confrontations.

Try addressing problems when they arises to prevent that build up. 

Even if it is not in your nature to speak up on thing that are bothering you, you will come to find, you will only make yourself miserable holding in.

Practice becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Save yourself the stress and address!

Communicate. 

QUESTION / SEEK TRUTH

We have to start questioning more. 

That is the only way to find TRUTH.

The only way to truly escape being uninformed and quite honestly… ignorant. 

Seeking for answers & truth not only exposes falsehood, but it helps you gain a greater understanding of how the world operates. 

It allows you to begin finding your place in this world. 

Your purpose.  

You become less blind to how the world functions and the dynamics of societal structure. 

Once you become more aware, more mindful, you are no longer a victim to the world as you knew it. 

You can now create your own reality by thinking critically & freely for yourself. 

And can make that step towards becoming a WORLD RUNNER !

If we are being honest, most of what we are taught growing up are biased opinions & 1/2 truths. 

Subjective point of views.

History books have been written accordingly, and distorted.

As soon as you question the religion your family believes, in most households, you are chastised and immediately shut down. 

And in some cases, deemed as having an evil spirit.

Our minds are shaped for us in life from the moment we arrive on earth. Based on the knowledge that we obtain.

Which is often only limited to our immediate surroundings. 

If we only ever learn a sample size about the world from biased point of views, or only receive all of our information from biased news channels....

then we essentially are living in darkness. 

Which could last an entire lifetime. 

NEVER allow yourself to settle for that ! 

It takes our own questioning and critical thinking to really see the world for what it is. 

It is THEN, that TRUTH surfaces.

And you will find that this world is very much LIMITLESS.

We live in a world that is full of deception. A world that constantly sets LIMITATIONS & BOUNDARIES for us.

A world that continually tries to cover up the TRUTH. 

A world where many of those in positions of power, will do WHATEVER to gain their power. 

And certainly will do WHATEVER necessary to keep it.

Including; Stealing, lying, cheating, murdering etc…

History speaks for itself.

This a world that is driven by the love of money. 

Money itself is not the root of all evil...

THE LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil. 

Many people feel the only reason they are living and breathing is to acquire money. 

To make money, take money, and then die and leave this earth without any of it. 

What then was your real purpose if on your final day you leave with nothing?

Don't fall victim to a system and material world that is not designed to help you discover the TRUTH. 

It is time to stop allowing the world to deter you from your purpose.

Begin QUESTIONING. Begin searching. Begin SEEKING TRUTH.
